Build Your Own AI Content System — Without Hiring a Team
I’m Jimmy Raymond. I run InsightAIMedia through a self-hosted AI content system and a fully trained digital clone I built and deployed myself. No studio, no production team.
Now I build the same setup with a small number of clients — done with you, then handed over so you own it and can run it yourself. Not a course to figure out alone.
Service 1
Done-With-You AI Content Clone
For creators, coaches, and business owners who want to publish consistently without being on camera.
Over a focused engagement, we build your voice-and-avatar clone and the repeatable workflow that turns it into finished, publish-ready videos — the same pipeline I use every week.
✓ Your trained voice + avatar clone, set up and tested
✓ A step-by-step workflow you can run yourself (script → clone → finished video)
✓ Templates for scripting, titles, thumbnails, and descriptions
✓ Proper AI-disclosure setup so you’re compliant with platform rules from day one
✓ Two live working sessions + a recorded walkthrough you keep
✓ 30 days of email support after handoff
Investment is discussed on your free fit call.
Founding-client rates are available for early clients — locked in before results push them up.
Note: the clone runs on third-party creative tools (voice, avatar, editing) that carry their own monthly subscriptions — my own stack runs about $155/month. I’ll show you exactly what’s needed and help you pick only what you’ll use.

Service 2
Your Own AI Agents in the Cloud
For people who want their own AI assistants running on infrastructure they control — instead of being locked into someone else’s platform.
I deploy open-source AI agents on your own cloud server, secured and locked to you. The model is the core of any agent. You have the option to run open-source models such as Llama 4 or Gemma 4, but for this I recommend the Codex model, signed in with your ChatGPT account so it runs on a single flat ChatGPT Plus subscription and powers both agents. This is the exact setup I run — two independent agents on a low-cost VPS — done for you, then handed over with the knowledge to keep it running.
✓ A cloud VPS provisioned and hardened (updates, swap, firewall)
✓ Two open-source AI agents deployed and running (OpenClaw + Hermes)
✓ Your choice of model: Codex (recommended) or open-source like Llama 4 / Gemma 4
✓ Codex signed in with ChatGPT — one flat ChatGPT Plus subscription runs both agents
✓ Set up on the subscription route, not a metered API key — no surprise usage charges
✓ Secured access locked to your account — no exposed keys
✓ A written security checklist: credential hygiene and safe-use boundaries
✓ Mobile access so you can reach your agents from your phone
✓ A plain-English runbook + recorded walkthrough you keep
Investment is discussed on your free fit call.
An optional ongoing care plan (updates, new skills, troubleshooting) is also available.
Running cost after setup is about $29/month: roughly $9 for hosting plus one $20 ChatGPT Plus subscription (which includes the Codex model and powers both agents). Because Codex is signed in with your ChatGPT account, usage draws from your flat plan rather than metered per-request API billing — so you avoid the surprise charges that come from wiring agents to a pay-per-token API key. Prefer to self-host the model? Open-source options like Llama 4 or Gemma 4 will run too.

Is this a fit?
This is for you if…
You want to publish consistently or run AI tools on infrastructure you control, you’re willing to be involved in a few working sessions, and you value owning your system over renting someone else’s platform.
This is NOT for you if…
You want a one-click magic button with zero involvement, you expect zero ongoing tool costs, or you’d rather someone else run everything forever with no handover.
How it works
1
Free fit call
A short, no-pressure call to see whether your goals and this work actually match. If they don’t, I’ll tell you. If it’s a fit, we’ll go over investment and next steps together on the call.
2
Scope & kickoff
We lock the exact deliverables, timeline, and what you’ll need to provide. You know precisely what you’re getting.
3
Build together
Live working sessions where we build your clone or deploy your agents — recorded so you can rewatch.
4
Handover & support
You get the runbook, templates, and recordings, plus follow-up support so you can run it without me.
Questions
General
Do I need to be technical?
No. That’s the point of done-with-you — I handle the technical parts and teach you what you need to run it. If you can follow a recorded walkthrough, you can run what we build.
How much does it cost?
Every project is scoped to what you actually need, so investment is covered on your free fit call. Founding-client rates are available for early clients, and there’s never any pressure on the call — if it’s not a fit, I’ll tell you.
How long does it take?
We set the timeline together at kickoff based on your availability for the working sessions. It’s a focused engagement, not an open-ended project.
Can I see it working before I pay?
Yes — the entire InsightAIMedia channel is produced with this exact system. Watch it run before you spend a dollar.
Is my data and account secure?
Security is built in. Access is locked to you, keys are never left exposed, and you get a written checklist of safe-use practices to keep it that way.
About the AI Content Clone
What will the clone cost me each month to run?
The creative tools behind the clone (voice, avatar, editing, stock) run their own subscriptions. My full stack is about $155/month, and I’ll help you pick only the tools you’ll actually use so you’re not paying for extras.
Will my videos be flagged as AI?
Because the clone is a realistic avatar, platforms may apply an “altered or synthetic content” label — and that’s fine. Part of the setup is disclosing it correctly yourself, which keeps you compliant and doesn’t reduce your reach or monetization.
About the Cloud Agents
Which model do the agents use — can I use open-source?
The model is the core of any agent. You have the option to run open-source models such as Llama 4 or Gemma 4, but for this I recommend the Codex model, signed in with your ChatGPT account so it runs on a single ChatGPT Plus subscription — that one subscription powers both agents (OpenClaw and Hermes). I only recommend what I’d run myself, but if you’d rather self-host an open model, I’ll set that up instead.
Will I get surprise API bills?
Not with the setup I recommend. Codex has two ways to sign in: with your ChatGPT account (usage draws from your flat Plus subscription) or with an API key (metered, pay-per-token — where surprise bills come from). I set you up on the ChatGPT sign-in route so your costs stay predictable. Note that ChatGPT plans do have usage limits that vary by plan, and OpenAI can change them over time, so I’ll always walk you through the current setup.
Do I really own everything?
You own the setup — the server, the agent software, the workflow, and the credentials are all yours, with no platform lock-in. The one thing that isn’t “owned” is the model itself: with Codex you run on a ChatGPT Plus subscription (a separate paid service you control and can swap). Prefer full ownership of the model too? A self-hosted open model like Llama 4 or Gemma 4 gives you that — I’ll set up whichever path you choose.
What will the agents cost me each month to run?
About $29/month — roughly $9 hosting plus one $20 ChatGPT Plus subscription that includes Codex and runs both agents, with no metered API charges. Self-hosting an open model can lower the subscription cost but needs more capable hardware.
